She is survived by: her children, Allen Scudder of Freeport, IL, Gary Best of Ankeny, IA, Sheri Snyder (Dave) of Lanark, IL, Lori Murphy of Pearl City and Doug Scudder (Sharon) of Forreston; her grandchildren, Aiden, Joseph Scudder, Ailaina, Danielle Scudder, Karyn Hansen (Chris), Nick Best (T. Jaye), Tishana Maltry, Wesley Maltry (Polly), Brandee Strohecker (Richie), Alexandra, Jesse Ruter (Julie), Jacob Ruter (Amanda), Jordan Ruter (Stacey), Jillyn Symons (Travis), Chris Goff, Andrea Goff and Rumler; and her sister Gladys Wilcox (Joseph) of Moline.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (2514 IL-26, Freeport, IL 61032).
