She is survived by: her father Robert Bastian; her siblings, Vicki Shadle (Greg), Eric Bastian (Jackie), Kurt Bastian (Beth) and Tina Bastian (Bill Jacobs); her daughters, Emily Kundert (Brett) and Katie LeRoy (Chad); her husband Erick Haddad; her daughter Elizab; her grandchildren, Austin Hickcox (Michelle McPhail) and Summer LeRoy; her great grandchildren, Levi McPhail and Tucker Hickcox; her parents-in-law, Robert and Crystal Haddad; her brother-in-law David Haddad (Erin); her family Dr. Michael Muise; and her caregivers, Patti, Fawne, Mindy and Alexis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julie's name to a memorial fund that will be managed by her husband for a cause chosen by the family.
