It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Fay Rabey of Freeport, Illinois, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delon Brown and Ruby Brown. She is survived by: her husband Mark Rabey; her daughters, Traci Holloway (Anthony) of Freeport and Amy Filer (Brian) of Davis, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew Bradt (Breanna) of Brodhead, WI, Tony Bradt of Beloit, WI, Jordan Filer (Rachel) of Janesville, WI and Trey Chambers (Joann Johnson) of Freeport; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Brailey, Huntley Bradt, Kaylee and Jaxsen Dubick; and her brother Larry Brown (Lesli). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
