Hooker of Freeport, Illinois, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hooker and Sarah Lee Hooker (Sullivan); his wife Susanne "Sue" E. Kuell; and his cousin Jean Hooker. He is survived by: his daughter Martha Hooker (Paul Carter) of Freeport, IL; his siblings, Tom Hooker (Nancy) of Williamson, NY, Andrews Hooker (Patricia) of Youngstown, NY and Lee Lamantia (Billy Czryhura) of Youngstown, NY; and his grandchildren, Chantel Carter and Aaliyah Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established in Jack's memory.
