He is survived by: his wife Tina Chamberlin of Freeport; his son Danny Chamberlin (Emily Mirocha) of St. Charles, IL; his siblings, Candy Balthazar of Davis, IL, Dena Kampmier (Roger) of Davis, Angela Chamberlin of Scioto Mills, IL and Bob Chamberlin of South Wayne, WI; his mother-in-law Sharon Kuhlemeier of Freeport; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Simmons of Freeport and Terry Cabot (Libby). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
