Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Jane Stroup (Alich) and James John Fransen; his children, Elizabeth Fransen of Sterling, Michelle Rehorst of Freeport, Jamie Fransen of Cape Girardeau, MO and Josh Fransen (Melissa) of Baileyville; and his brothers, James Fransen (Deborah) and William Fransen. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
