It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John F. Gusloff of Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gusloff and Mary Gusloff (Tracy); his wife Myrna Townsend; and his sisters, Norma Valkema and Lorraine Midthun.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Anderson (Greg) of Evergreen, CO and Bradley Gusloff (Wendy) of Freeport, IL; his grandsons, Caleb Gusloff (Ana), Graham Gusloff, Victor Anderson, Will Anderson and Sam Anderson; and his great grandchild Jaxon Klaus.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
There will be no memorial, please donate to a charity of your choice in Jack's honor.
