He was predeceased by: his parent Gladys Bose; and his parents-in-law, Zella Whalen and Douglas Whalen. He is survived by: his wife Patrica A. Bose of Freeport; his children, Steven Bose (Penny) of Freeport, Cheryl Banner (John) of Miami, Cindy Bose (London) of Freeport and Jay Bose (Lisa); his grandson Justin London (Jaycey) of South Beloit, IL.; and his great grandchildren, Trey, Maya London, Jack London and Parker London. He is also survived by his family and friends, and dogs.
A memorial fund has been established in Jack's memory.
