He is survived by: his sister Pat Carey; his sisters-in-law, Beverly and Irene; his daughter Julie Glick (Bill) of Freeport; his nephew John Dougherty (Lauri) of Breeze, IL; his grandchildren, Meghan Busker (Brandon) of Pecatonica, Erin Morhardt (Eli) of Janesville, WI, John Dougherty (Katie) of Bloomington, IL and Matthew Dougherty of Austin, TX; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Colin, Alannah, Xavier, Jaxon, Nathaniel and Joshua.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to St. Mary's or St. Joseph churches.
