She was predeceased by: her parents, Schyler Pierce and Lois Pierce (Stockton); her husband Norman L. Cain Sr.; her siblings, Glen Pierce, Alvin Pierce, Mildred Cole and Leta Standeford; her grandson Norman Cain III; her half-sisters, Gladys Moss, Veona Steck and Irene Penwell; and her daughter-in-law Carol Cain.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis L. Cain of Ridott, IL, Norman L. Cain Jr. of Ridott, IL, Susan Kay Schofield of Freeport, IL and Deborah Klages (Dave) of Pecatonica, IL; her sisters, Linda Genkinger (Marty) of Freeport, IL and Mary Beyer of Glendale, AZ; her grandchildren, Stacy Schofield, Pamela Greving (Kevin) and Jennifer Chambers (James); her great grandchildren, Tyler Wilson (Sarah), Andrew Wilson, Madyson Wilson, Jacob Chambers, Ethan Chambers and Toryn Cain; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Fallon Speilman.
A memorial has been established for FHN Hospice.
