He is survived by: his wife Dawn Dyer of Freeport, IL; his children, James Bell (Siera), Devyn Bell of Freeport, IL and Paige Stichter of Pecatonica, IL; his brothers, Jimmy Stichter (Pam) of Freeport, IL, John Stichter of Ridott, IL, Ray Stichter (Jeri) of Freeport, IL and Jeff Stichter of Freeport, IL; and his grandchildren, Brinley Stichter and Ellis Bell.
There will also be a benfbit for Jesse at Benchwarmers on Sunday March 12 from 12:00-5:00 P.M. A memorial has been established in his memory.
