Jack W. Sward Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack W. Sward (Freeport, Illinois), who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels "Fred" Sward and Lillian Sward (Ahrens); and his brother Bud. He is survived by: his wife Karola; his daughter Monica Percic (Frank) of Minnesota; his stepson Karl Shields (Marci); his grandchildren, John Shields, James Shields, Henry Percic, Elizabeth Shields, Frederick Percic and Sarah Shields; his niece Patricia Meyers of Freeport; his nephews, Steve Guth of Freeport, David Meyers (Debbie) of Freeport and Dean Sward of Georgia; and his pets, Prince, Togo and Suzie.
