He is survived by: his wife Irma; his children, Mark Johnson (Kari), Matthew Johnson (Shelby), Julie Miller (Peter) and Michelle Healey (Martin); his grandchildren, Zack (Sarah Parris-Miller), Cody Lee Parris-Miller, Joshua Parris-Miller (Winona), Heather Simler, Katherine Thurmond (Ira), Marybeth Simler, Kaylynn Healey, William Healey, Abigail Healey, Cherilynn Johnson, Autumn Johnson, Morgan Johnson, Jaxon Johnson, Kaidence Aeschliman and Leah Aeschliman; and his siblings, Dale Johnson, Marilyn Belin and Patricia Gabel.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
