He is survived by: his brothers, Due and Austria; his wife's son Helmut; his children, Martha Rosc (Anton) of Freeport, IL, Dr. Reinhardt Awender (Mary) of Freeport, IL, Dr. Erich Awender (Carolyn) of Freeport, IL and Christine Awender of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Anthony Rosc (Danielle) of Pasadena, CA, Christina Pilz (Christian) of Vienna, Austria, Angela Reeter (Andrew) of Freeport, IL, Alexander Rosc of Chicago, IL, Reinhardt Awender (Dana) of Freeport, IL, Jakob Awender (Catherine) of Crystal Lake, IL, Maria Lawton (Cort) of Crystal Lake, IL, Erich Awender of McHenry, IL, Ana Awender of Freeport, IL, Katya Awender of Schaumburg, IL and Adam Awender of Freeport, IL; and his great grandchildren, Vanessa Pilz, Teo Pilz, Nora Awender, Mac Lawton and Kane Lawton.
