She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm Bruning and Edna Bruning (Zaedow); her husband LaVerne Peters of Forreston; her sons, Allen and Barry Peters; her siblings, Leroy, Leslie, Wilbur, Herman Bruning, Dorothy Bruning, Lucille Bruning and Lana Wiese; and her son-in-law John Groezinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Groezinger; her granddaughters, Krystal Montgomery (Greg) and Lacey Van Fossen; her brother-in-law Ronald Wiese; and her friends, Celia and Sue. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
