She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Viel and Jennie Alice Viel (Friemuth); her husband Ken Klenz; and her siblings, Harm Viel, Fred Viel, George Viel, Albert Viel and Kathryn Vautsmeier.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Frautschy (David) of Rockton, Nancy Jones (Ivan) of Friendsville, TN and Mark Klenz (Theresa) of Dakota; her grandchildren, Sarah Buss (Ryan), Miranda Schulenberg (David), Nicole Sivertsen, Dallas Shippy (Amanda), Mitchell Frautschy, Katie Frautschy, Jesse Rose (Angie Humphrey), Kevin Klenz (Alicia), Jennifer Vails (Tyler) and Carl Klenz (Jamie Huenefeld); her brother Henry Viel (Janice) of Pecatonica; and her sister-in-law Maude Viel of Pecatonica. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established at Grace Valley Christian Reformed Church.
