Glenn A. Ditsworth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenn A. Ditsworth of Freeport, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ditsworth and Alice Ditsworth (Blair); his wife Ruth Deyo; his siblings, Gailand, Russell, Lois and Doris; his children-in-law, Kevin Fleischer and Jewel McNett-Ditsworth; and his stepgrandson Chase McAuliffe.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Ditsworth of Benton, WI, Debbie Fleischer of Freeport and Sandy Lacy (Joe) of Belleville, WI; his grandchildren, Jason Cross, Jodi Graber (Andy), Greg Ditsworth and Hannah Lacy; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Jamison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walker Mortuary (321 W Main St, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established for FHN Hospice.
