He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rowe and Rogene Rowe; and his son Shaun Rowe. He is survived by: his brothers, Doug Rowe (Sandy) and Duane Rowe (Tina); his children, Frank Rowe (Sara), Rachel Johnson (Ron), Nick Rowe, Shiann Rowe (Drew) and Daen Rowe; his grandchildren, Rick, Joe, Ella, Alyssa Rowe, Cole Johnson, Di'Mya Leiser, Noah and Craig Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Kameron Lewis and Kayden Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
