She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Stearns and Loretta Stearns (Corman); and her brothers, Sonny, Roger and Gary Stearns.
She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Mrkvicka; and her children, Rhonda Koeller (Gary) of Moline, IL, Jeffrey Mrkvicka, Rene Cromer of Westfield, WI, Ralene Lartz of El Paso, IL and Jody Mrkvicka (KentRobbins) of Placitas, NM.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In retirement she spent many years as a volunteerfor Mother Hubbard and RSVP and also served on the Board of Directors at ParkviewRetirement Home.
