Reifsteck of Freeport, Illinois, born in Orangeville, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Riemer and Bessie Riemer (Kuhnke); her siblings, Verla Truman, Viola Strong and Delbert; and her husbands, Robert Roemer and Jerry Reifsteck.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lomas (Harold "Sonny") of McConnell, Becky Hower (Daryl) of Boulder City, Bobbie Roemer of Freeport, IL and Jon Roemer (Karen) of Freeport, IL; her grandchildren, Jerald Lomas (Michelle), Stacy Duth, Chris Hower (Alison), Lindsey Hower, Emily Roemer (Devin Krontz) and Rachel Hoffman (Eli); and her great grandchildren, Haley Duth, Austin Hower, Kenny Lomas and Muranda Lomas.
A memorial has been established in Evelyn's memory.
