She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Vore and Violet Vore (Williams); her former life partner William F. McCarthy; her siblings, Dorothy Klever of Davis, Harold "Sonny" Vore Jr. of Freeport and Marcia May (Joe) of Weeki Wachee, Florida.; her spouses, Alberta Tague (Keith) and Phyllis Davis (Rusty); her sister Jeanne Rosemeier; and her brother-in-law Larry Klever.
She is survived by : her children, Mary Barr (Dan) of Mt. Carroll, John McCarthy (Sue) of Winslow, Wayne McCarthy and Patty Morton (Jon) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Mindy Schatz (Bill), Lucas Morton, Jeremiah McCarthy (Katie), Joshua McCarthy and Sarah McCarthy; her great grandchildren, Zoe Schatz, Jonny Schatz, Hannah Schatz, Taylor Schatz, Lydia McCarthy and Violet McCarthy; and her caregivers, Rae Lynn Randecker and Jenny Ils.
A memorial has been established for Freeport Humane Society in Cookie's memory.
