He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Price; and his brothers, Lennard Price and Frankie Price of Ruleville, MS. He is survived by: his mother Mary Price (Robey) of Ruleville, MS; his wife Tonya Williams of Freeport, IL; his children, Eric Price Jr. of Freeport, IL, India Williams (Keith) of Rockford, IL, Justin Williams (Shay) of Freeport, IL, Taylor Brady of Denver, CO, Adrian Williams, Roxanne Price, Pursia Price and Dylan Williams; and his siblings, Brenda of Freeport, Mary (Willie) of Freeport, Brandon Price of Freeport, Linda Price of Ruleville, MS, Terry Price of Ruleville, MS, Vanessa Price of Ruleville, MS, Edna Price of Ruleville, MS, Kevin Price of Ruleville, MS, Travis Price of Ruleville, MS, Dexter Price (Sherell) of Harvey, LA, Kennard Price (Marsha) of Olive Branch, MS, Jennifer Price of Berkleley, IL and Dacian Price (Jenny) of Franklin, IN. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
