He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Woodruff and Evelyn E. Woodruff (Nolen). He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Kerchner; and his siblings, Mary Woodruff, Barbara LaBudde (Mark) and Gary Woodruff.
