He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Piefer (Eagles); his children, Sara Piefer (Lisa Lamb), Nikki Piefer (Matt Hepler), Brett Piefer (Michele) and Andy Piefer (Molly); his stepsons, Eric Wellman and Tyler Wellman (Jessica); his grandchildren, Ryan, Dylan, Teagan Piefer, Millie and Ned Wellman; and his brothers, Brian and Roger Piefer.
