He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Koehn and Beatrice Koehn (Lower); his brother Gary; and his nephew Derek Koehn. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Koehn of Freeport; his son D. J. Koehn of Freeport; his stepdaughter Angie Black of Fulton; his granddaughter Adalyn; his sister-in-law Sandra Koehn; his niece Stacy Wagner (Greg); his great-nieces, Lauren and Taylor Koehn; and his pet Turbo.
