She is survived by: her husband John Madajczyk; her children, Timothy Field (Amy) of Freeport, Trisha Field of Loves Park, Eric Field of Beloit, WI and Stephanie Lutz (Cory) of Freeport; her brother Terry Starliper (Lisa) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Kaylyn, Noah, Isaac, Allie, Addisyn and Cory Jr.; her niece Elizabeth Starliper; and her great-niece Demi Lewis of Freeport.
A memorial has been established in her name for St. Jude's.
