He is survived by: his wife Jessie Augsburger; his sons, Jason Dean Augsburger (Ashley Sarver) of Rockford, IL and Daniel C. Augsburger (Alison Goldberg) of Brooklyn, NY; and his brother Fred Augsburger.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (1400 Kiwanis Dr, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a memorial fund to support selected charities.
