He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiller Dominick (James) and Anna Dominick (Heiserman); and his brother Marvin Dominick. He is survived by: his wife Norma Gayle Dominick of Freeport; his children, Charles Dominick (Gloria) of Prairie du Sac, WI, Andrew Dominick (Jackie) of Orangeville, IL and Suzanne Wetter (Jerald) of Lindenhurst, IL; his grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Jessica, Erica, Nicole and Kip; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Madison, Charles, Mekhi, Ganix, Talon, Jayce and Jaxyn.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker Mortuary (321 W Main St, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

A memorial fund has been established in his name.
