He is survived by: his sons, Dale and Jeremy of Rockford, IL; his siblings, Robert Worley (Sherry) of Freeport, Bill Worley (Shelia) of Oklahoma, Tim Worley (Joyce Moser) of Freeport, John Worley (Mary) of Sterling, IL, Scott Worley (Jodie Parsons) of Freeport and Vickie Kraft (late Richard); and his stepmother Mary Worley of Freeport.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his memory.
