He is survived by: his daughters, Marty Blum Coughlin (Brian) and Carla Blum; and his grandson Liam Martin Coughlin. He is also survived by his fellow USMC brothers from 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, 5th Marines Regiment, D Company.
