He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Bushey and Lillian A. Bushey (Singer); and his former wife Cheryl. He is survived by: his wife Mary Thrasher (Conway); his children, Cindy Heilman, Steven (Dixie), Richard, Charles Jr. and Tracey Bushey; his stepchildren, Andrea Gehling (Jared), Danielle Gindlesberger (Neil) and Jeremy Thrasher (Brandy); and his siblings, Daryl Mesch (Kathy), Mike Mesch (Linda) and Rosemary Bushland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
