She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Noelte and Glenna Noelte (Peterson); and her sister Marilyn Newcomer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Webb; her daughter Beth Maskell; her son-in-law Paul Maskell; her son Kyle Webb; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Webb; her granddaughters, Grace and Reese Maskell; and her sisters, Sharon Harvey (John) and Deborah Stellar (Bernard).
