We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2022, at the age of 85, Barbara E. Briggs of Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Shelly and Edith Shelly (Erdman); her husband David Briggs; her grandson Tyler Briggs; and her siblings, Larry Shelly and Janice Van Hauen.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Briggs (Pam Rohrbacker) of Prior Lake, MN, Shelly Underhill (Ed Bowden) of Kenosha, WI and Sheila Wagner (Brad Wagner) of Freeport. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
