She is survived by: her children, Vicki Howard of Belleville, IL, Stan Abernathy (Kara) of Freeburg, IL, Cathy Gore (Jim) of Fairview Heights, IL, Patty Bowles (Greg Olson), Laurie Ahrens (Mark) of Des Pere, MO, Tim Abernathy (Claudia Cortez) of Belleville, IL, Jim Abernathy (Ingrid) of Dunedin, FL and David Abernathy of Freeburg, IL; her sister Leah Holzum; and her sisters-in-law, Dorris Guarino and Martha Holzum. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren.
