Vernell A. Flauaus Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernell A. Flauaus of Freeburg, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. and Ella; her husband Joseph L. Flauaus; her son Dennis M. Flauaus; and her siblings, Melvin Linder (Alice), Hilmar Linder (Evelyn), Xavier, August, Francis Linder, Elvira Demick (Stanley) and Lucille Recker (Ray).
She is survived by: her children, Donald H. Flauaus (Virginia) of Freeburg, IL and Dorothy Lickenbrock (Larry) of St. Libory, IL; her daughter-in-law Shelia M. Flauaus of Nashville, IL; her grandchildren, Bradley Flauaus (Angela) of Spring, TX, Amy Flauaus of St. Louis, MO, Cheryl Mank (Tom) of Belleville, IL, Brian Lickenbrock (Jennifer) of Venedy, IL, Molly Shouse (Kurt) of McHenry, IL and Zachary Flauaus of St. Louis, MO; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Brady and Blake Flauaus; her stepgreat-grandsons, Hunter, Mark, Ethan and Mike Marler; and her friend Bernadette Canuel of O'Fallon, IL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
