She was predeceased by: her husband Charles A. Mulkey; her father Adolph; her brothers, Kenneth Becker, Harold Becker (Betty), Melvin Becker and Virgil Becker (Jolene); her father-in-law Austin (Dorothy Ann); and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Mulkey Carr and Thomas Sneed.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Mulkey (Charlene) of Freeburg, IL and Stacy Mulkey (Jim Coloff) of Durango, CO; her sister Carol Sneed (Thomas); and her sisters-in-law, Dora Becker, Jeanette Becker and Karen Wilkinson (Arthur). She is also survived by numerous niece, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Freeburg Food Pantry.
