He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee and Marlene Ida. He is survived by: his daughters, Madison Hurd and Chaleigh Smith of Freeburg, IL; the mother of his children Melinda Sevor of Freeburg, IL; his siblings, Kyle Smith of Mesquite, TX and Lori Braswell of Shiloh, IL; his stepmother Susan Smith of Belleville, IL; his nephew Ryan Beck (Brittany); and his great-niece Colten.
