She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Neff; her siblings, Helen Parker and Walter Schaefer; her brothers-in-law, John Parker, Leo Schilling, Norman Neff and Thomas Neff; her goddaughter Linda Pass; her niece Catherine Mulnick; and her nephews, Dale, Gerald and Darrell Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Neff (Karen Saxton) of Freeburg, IL, Joyce Neff of Smithton, IL and Karen Schaefer (Scott) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Allison Meyer (Dave), Jacob Fortner, Kevin Schaefer, Michael Schaefer and Daniel Schaefer; her great grandchildren, Iris and Vera Meyer; her stepgreat-granddaughter Mikayla Meyer; her sisters, Justina and Rose Marie Schilling of New Athens, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Loretta Chapman, Sr., Hedwig, Aurelia Bell, Rosalie Neff, Dorothy Delancey (Bryce), Celestine "Sally" Neff, Alice Grohmann, Patricia Cortner, Myra Middendorf (James) and Cletus Neff (Mary). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
