With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Dotson of Freeburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. and Bertha; his siblings, Charlie, Jessie, Walter (Joanne), Marvin, Tommy, Ray Don Dotson (Betty) and Norma Jean Baker (Donald); and his brothers-in-law, Myron Hopping and Dennis Starkey.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa E.; his children, Anthony Dotson (Debbie), Kathy Renth (Ronald) and Barbara Lauzon (Bernard); his grandson Matthew Renth (Holly); his stepgrandchildren, Rachel Laminack (Chuck) and Joey Walsh (Amber); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Keagan, Klarissa Laminack, Hunter, Joseph and Blayke Walsh; his siblings, Earl Dotson (Laura), Ruthie Baker (Virgil), Erma Dean Hopping and Collen Starkey; and his sisters-in-law, Lydia Dotson and Lethel Dotson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Standard CDC guidelines, including masks and social distancing, will be observed.
