It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Newcomb (Freeburg, Illinois), born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Conrad M. Belt and Ralph G. Newcomb; her parents, Carl and Beulah; her sister Eileen Lintzenich; and also, Williams and Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Belt (Diane) of Swansea, IL and Randy Newcomb of Freeburg, IL; her stepdaughter Barbara Kay (Kenneth) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Margie Belt, Tom Belt, Laura Marie Newcomb, Scott Weber and Kendra Weber; and her great grandchild Lydia Belding.
Surviving are two sons, Gene (Diane) Belt of Swansea, IL, and Randy Newcomb of Freeburg, IL; a step-daughter, Barbara Kay (Kenneth) Weber of Belleville, IL; five grandchildren, Margie Belt, Tom Belt, Laura Marie Newcomb, Scott Weber, and Kendra Weber; a great-granddaughter, Lydia Belding; and numerous nieces and nephews; Memorials may be made to The Backstoppers, Inc., or to a charity of the donor's choice.
