He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Virginia McDuffy, Carolyn Stroupe and William Wall. He is survived by: his children, Madelyne Augustine (Joe) of St, Mychale McDuffy and Mytchell McDuffy of St; his grandchild Arlo Augustine; his sister Julie Weilmuenster (Shaun); his father Michael McDuffy (Becky) of Carlyle, IL; his stepfather Mark Scott of Freeburg, IL; his former wife Christine McDuffy; his uncles, Joe Wall (Kay) and Jack Wall (Jeane) of Strawberry, AZ; and his nephew Shaun Weilmuenster. He is also survived by his family, friends.
