It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Garza of Freeburg, Illinois, born in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arturo Fuentes and Gloria Fuentes; and her sister Rachel. She is survived by: her children, Letty Jolly (Matt) of Belleville, Sandi Dennett (Rick) of McAllen, Tex, Louis Garza (Sonja) of Waterloo, Amy McNew (Nick) of Waterloo and Angie Robinson (Bobby) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Julian, Jared, Jaclyn Jolly, Valerie Martinez (Juan), Michael Garza, Anthony Garza (Claire), Alex Garza, Sydnee Thompson (Dillon), Olivia, Reagan Ogilvie, Shane, Nichole McNew and Wyatt Robinson; her great grandchildren, Melanie Martinez, Braxton and Loralie Thompson; and her siblings, Ron Fuentes, Elsa Olinger, Art Fuentes, Armando Fuentes, Tony Fuentes, Sylvia Winkle, David Fuentes and Robert Fuentes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
