We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024, at the age of 66, Dale Alan Luetkemyer of Freeburg, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Dale Alan's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Dale Alan has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Luetkemyer; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Donna Chatham. He is survived by: his wife Kristi; his child Kacey Hawkins Zachary (Austin); his grandson Elliott Camden Benjamin Hawkins; his mother Faye (Luetkemyer); and also Loyal (Daniel Londe). He is also survived by Sister: Sue (John) Walter Many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kurrus Funeral Home (1773 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Dale would have preferred that you crack a joke, tell a funny story, or-at the very least-roll your eyes one last time in his honor or make a donation to Hospice of choice to Heartlinks or Hospice of Southern Illinois who has helped him and his family with the journey during this difficult time.
