He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lewis, Juanita Pruett, Jim and Shirley Robinson. He is survived by: his aunt Kimberly Juenger; his parents, Tammy (Scott) and Gene Perkinson; his siblings, Josh Perkinson (Melissa Temple), Chelsea Bergmann (Zach) and Braeden Perkinson; his nephews, Lewis Perkinson, Henry and Hudson Bergmann; his grandparents, June, Junior Spier of Tilden, IL and Dixie Walters of Kevil, KY; and his close friends, Billy, Donny and Cole. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and other friends.
Memorials may be made to the Activities Department at Freeburg Care Center, Freeburg, IL to help entertain his work grandparents, or to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
