He is survived by: his sons, Albert Jr. Slack (Pat) of Belleville, IL and Gary Slack (Pam) of Freeburg, IL; his grandchildren, Jason Slack (Megan), Mark Slack and Shelley Barney; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Perrine, Owen Perrine, Nathan Slack, Haylee Slack, Emmalaine Barney, Lydia Barney, Anya Slack and Brayden Vogt; and his sister-in-law Patsy Hendricks.
