He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann of Carlinville, IL; his sons, Rick Roth of Filmore, IL, Tom Roth (Sharon) of Carlinville, IL, Jim Roth (Janet) of Carlinville, IL and Lyndell Roth of Carlinville, IL; his grandchildren, Casey Spitz (Kevin) of Arlington Heights, IL, Derek Roth of Hoboken, NJ, Emily Roth of Urbana, IL, Megan Loyet (Ryan) of Carlinville, IL, Jessica Roth (Kory Schneider) of Shiloh, IL and Brandon Roth of Carlinville, IL; his great grandchildren, Jason, Andrew and Morgan Spitz of Arlington Heights, IL; and his siblings, Betty Witt (George) of Greenfield, IL, Alberta Lizenby of Hettick, IL, Margaret Wester of Jerseyville, IL, Albert Roth of Carrollton, IL and Cletus Roth (Joan) of Greenfield, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
