He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and Marcella Johnson (Papich); his brother William Johnson; his nephew Joey Johnson; and his brother-in-law Glenn Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnson (Hausman); his children, Stacy Lee Johnson, Tracy Lynn Johnson and Rebecca Jo Johnson (Dustin); his grandchildren, Madilyn Ava Johnson and Maddux Mason Johnson; his brother Terry Johnson (Pat); his sisters-in-law, Valerie Johnson and Sandra Stewart; and his caregiver Stacy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
