We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2019, at the age of 74, Wendell Jones (Franklin, Illinois), born in Waverly, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jones and Iona Edwards Jones; his brother Stanley Jones; and his half-siblings, Willard Jones, Ernest Jones, Harold Jones and Ruth Slaid.

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Gass; his sons, Chris Jones (Elaine) of Columbia, Robert Jones (Laura) of Columbia and John Jones (Candace) of Girard; his grandchildren, Cody Jones, Carter Jones, Andrew Jones, Amber Jones and Robert Jones; and his siblings, Howard Jones (Mary) of Jacksonville and Kay Megginson of Jacksonville.
