It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Markarian (Franklin, Illinois), who passed away on June 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Moses" and Victoria Markarian (Harpootlian); and her sister Mary Bogoian of Newington, CT. She is survived by: her sisters, Louise Markarian of Franklin and Rose (Alan Hughes); and her nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Bogoian (Ellen), James (Diane), Sandy (Jeff Altieri) and Leslie (George Thomson).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Church 237 Pleasant St. PO Box 287, Franklin, MA 02038.
