Mary E. Ball Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Ball of Franklin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylon Seymour and Ada Fairburn Seymour; her husband Gerald W. Ball; her son Bradley Ball; and her siblings, Irene Dowland, Virginia Jones, Walter Seymour, Betty Butler and Margaret Pierson.
She is survived by: her children, Eva Sieving of Jacksonville, Gwendolyn J. Ball of Franklin, Karen Woods (Tim) of Winchester, Gerald Ball, Jr. of Modesto and Gordon Ball of Loami. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Cemetery.
